Web Design For Beginners

3 Places You Better Be Listed For Web Design
Web design is competitive as you probably know, as a very basic starting point you need to be listed on a few websites to give yourself the basic credibility required as web designer, check out the following.
First off is the UK Web Design association, not only is this a well respected place for web designers.. but they are also rather high ranking for the search term web design! Membership is free and the aim is to promote standards across the field of web design and development and it is currently the largest internet association in Europe!
The second place you need to list your web design business is on directory sites! sites such as free index are great for promoting your business and gaining that much needed exposure. They will help your ranking and can get you some free business leads, particularly effective for sourcing local business leads.
Finally, Gumtree (or craiglist), regardless of what you think, as a small or medium web design company, you are not too good for gumtree or craiglist! Online free ads are great way of obtaining local business leads and the fact is they are very popular with most of the online community and have great rankings in search engines… not everybody can be at the top of the search term for web design and the fact is, these listing sites probably have a better chance than you do!
