Should I go to the Academy of Art to master web design?

I want to go to an art school where I can focus on web design and master things like Dreamweaver, Flash, CSS, action script, Illustrator, and photoshop (basically adobe stuff). I’ve been into this stuff ever since I can remember and have done some great work but I feel I need to go to a school that will help keep me motivated with assigned projects and such. I also want to have a degree but don’t want to get into so much debt that I can’t afford to pay it back after college. I was looking at the Academy of Art in San Francisco and the Computer Arts: New Media program is perfect, but the school is very expensive at over 10,000 a semester..on top of that it’s a very expensive city and I don’t have help from my parents to cover school or living expenses…Can anyone help me out with some options or suited schools? Or is it worth it to go to a school to learn web design? I would really appreciate it.
