I want to be able to view pages from the web when I am not online, without having to copy and paste the information into a word program. Is there any way to save pages (lots) to my computer to read later?

My mom sells handmade jewlery out of her house and is not very computer-literate. I know my way around typical programs (surfing the internet, word, excel, powerpoint, etc) but have no experience in web design. I know her business would be benefitted if she had a webpage.
I would like to help her out by paying for and setting up a basic webpage (ie. company name, contact information, a pdf order form, and a few pictures) but I don’t know where to start.
